Where, when, why and how...and of course we follow the money or we make an attempt.
This search has led us to London, Guernsey, Luxemburg, Berlin, USA and last but not least Tortola. Tortola belongs to a group of Islands - British Virgin Islands.
Most of us have heard the name Tortola in the news in connection with the collapse ,but before that most of us probably weren't even aware of its existence. You could imagine that Tortola was sort of like Las Vegas ....except financial Institutions instead of Casinos. But you would be wrong. Tortola is kind of redneck . They have chicken running in the streets and the Capitol is named Road Town.
